1/4 cup butter
1 pkg Campfire Mini Marshmallows
6 cups crisped rice cereal
1 cup carrot cake box mix
1-2 cups cream cheese frosting
2 cups pecan halves
Lightly grease 9×13 inch pan
On stove, melt butter in large pot on low
Add marshmallows and stir until melted
Stir cake mix into marshmallow mixture (you may add orange food coloring to enhance the color)
Gently fold in cereal and mix until evenly coated
Press firmly into prepared pan
Let cool, drizzle with cream cheese frosting and top with pecans as desired, enjoy!
